Just had a chance today to use the product and it went on pretty smooth. I had no issues with this on brush but not sure with a roller. I would buy this again, will see if it leaks after I use this, time will tell.

Was concerned about lack of application instructions at first, I was thinking ahead about does it need mixed; thinned or stirred? What nap roller pad to use, how to “ clean-up”?

I waited till after a heavy rain to make this review. Used it on an old metal totan roof. (think of it as wavy cut potato chips) Im happy to say that I did not have a waterfall in my room after the last thunderstorm. It filled in all those tiny leaks that I could not see.

This stuff works awesome but wear a mask as this stuff is really noxious.

Used on a flat roof and is much better and different than Elastomeric. Formed a perfect bond to the seams and surface!! Excellent product, with many applications, especially for RVers!!

I applied the coating and was impressed on how it went on and filled in holes and cracks. I let it dry and went back up and applied another coating. In two days its going to rain 1.3 inches so i will see if i still have the drip drip drip leak in my hallway and from a light fixture.

The product requires patience to apply.

My roof is a gently-sloped, commercial-style roof, some kind of EPDM or plastic or rubber, not roof shingles. It had a leak, near the joint where an addition had been made to the original structure, that was causing damage to our bedroom ceiling. I was pretty sure I knew the general area of the leak, but could not pin down the specific source. I had tried more than a dozen EPDM and other types of roof patches and also a couple of different liquid pastes and sealants, but these either didnt fix the problem or fixed it only briefly.
