Its expensive, but seems to be a quality compound. Easy to apply, Hopefully it will last for years as described.

Use this on my Rv roof and I was very impressed with the texture and application, it goes on easy and form a smooth bonding to my roof .

Most tan silicone comes only in 5 gallon buckets. This was super easy to use and did a nice good on a small repair

I applied it around the edges with a paintbrush, and applied it to the top with a roller. It took me 3 hours. I wrote customer service and the president of the company responded to me, talk about good customer service! I applied it pretty thick and used 3 gallons on a 40 ft fifth wheel, so wish I didnt buy an extra gallon but Ill put another coat on in the summer. The picture with the broom is the before, I bought gray so I could ensure I didnt miss a spot. I recommend this product as it looks pretty solid. The video is 48 hours after application and the pictures are immediately after.

Very easy to apply. Looks great once it dries. It doesnt take long to set. Water just beads off it. Very happy with this product.

Used for repair on a small section of flat roof. Good prep is essential. Used pressure wash and Simple Green to thoroughly clean area, let dry, then some Xylene, let dry, then some 91% alcohol for a final touch up. 4-5 days total prep. Roller application was simple, but youll need more than you think as the roller seems to really suck it up. 2 days to dry to a point where it was not tacky, but the night temps got into the low 40s, so understandable. Really good adhesion, but slippery when wet, so throw a little sand down during application if you ever want to walk on it.

The product is great. Its easy to apply and very quick dry time.
