10802 Gel Plate 8X10

This gelli plate is the most amazing tool! I’m not getting enough sleep and my kitchen table is covered with paper because I can’t get enough of experimenting.

I made background for greeting cards. Turned out good.

I have a total of 6 plates now and they all get used equally. 6x6 is perfect for my daily sketch pad. If you haven’t tried gel printing yet however your interest is peaked 6x6 or 5x7 is perfect for learning on.

Perfect for mono-printing! Paint rolls out evenly. Plate cleans up easily with water and a soft cloth.

UPDATE: L❤VE my geliplate!!! Now I want another larger one! Im going to assume that this gel plate works as well as it should. its a smooth soft surface that grabs the acrylic medium. I also ordered a brayer from a different company but it is awful and impossible to use so I havent really got to use my plate yet. I look forward to playing with it when I get a different brayer

Easy to use right out of the box. Great quality prints.

Arrived new, with two huge bubbles and a smaller one - all turned into divots when I used it, leaving a white imprint where the paint wouldnt touch the paper. I am extremely disappointed as its impossible to get a clean print on either side and cant avoid the bubbles - not what I was expecting at all based on all the high reviews.

I am having so much fun with press, the 6x6 size is my favorite. My grandchildren and friends like to come over and paint too.

Thought this would have been good to work with, I find this size a little cumbersome. After about the second use - it was stained, even though I wiped off ink immediately. I have other sizes and I have no stains yet - maybe I got a flawed one.
