Ive been using this for a few months, and its held up well. No issues with the zippers, seams, handles, or straps. I took off a star because when it came out of the package it off-gassed *terribly*. I had to leave it by an open window for a week to let the smell air out.

i love the look of this carrier. fits my laptop and charging cord. It also has a place to put my Kindle while im traveling
