Greater than one weekThis is not a tablet that can be used in the US. Spoke to Samsung and they confirmed it is a UK model and they will not support it if you live in the US. The answers on this product page are lies.

> 3 dayI purchased this tablet for someone as a gift while being in the hospital long term. the screen has gone completely blank, I purchased this tablet june 22, 2021 and had it sent to them and im not able to assist them to return it because they STILL REMAIN IN THE HOSPITAL AND IM IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY. > 3 daySamsung galaxy tab A7 worked for less than a week and then the screen blanked out. Communicated with the seller(Mobile Deals), and they were patronizing and dismissive; they ignored my questions and said that because the screens defective no one can access my data. Any geek will tell you thats wrong!! I dont trust them, so Im not sending them a device with my credit card #s saved on it.

> 3 dayI am very pleased with the purchase. I almost didnt buy it because of negative reviews saying it was slow, sound too low, this and that. Glad I did purchase it. The sound quality is pretty standard to every other tablet Ive owned. The speed is faster than any Ive owned. For the price, it was an outstanding purchase. My only complaint is that it is very hard to open the slot tray to insert the sd card. I didnt have the special tool and paperclips did not open it. Hubby gave me a small nail and it actually opened it, though Im definitely not suggesting to do that. Im really happy with this tablet.
