It doesn’t have cd rom so David can’t watch DVDs?

I updated my internet and this thing runs like a beast. I use it for simple projects, video chat, Word, email and YouTube. For $200 this laptop is a steal and I do not miss a more expensive one.

Computer is just over one yr. I had protection on it first yr. NO alert the yr was up and so when I Turned on computer BOOM I Got hacked and Money out of pocket to fix... Now After getting yr Mcafee and running fine Today I get a NOT CONNECTED TO INTERNET Notice. Mind you I Know There is connection as Others are online in house .. So More money out of pocket to fix another problem

This ASUS I was never able to use because I did not have the prior users password. A refurbished Computer is to be restored to original use. This Was NOT!!!

Specifically ordered this product because it was advertised as having “backlit keys” which I need because my eyesight is so bad. After hours online researching, calls to ASUS being disconnected, then finally a call to Amazon to be told it was falsely advertised. Preparing return now.

This worked great for a few days. Then, it just died. Do not buy. Im telling you: I used it maybe 3 or 4 times, doing nothing more than email, etc. Didnt go to any new sites, or download anything questionable. But it gave me an error message and then just died. No light on the power button. Nothing.
