> 3 dayWorks great! I could not use the simple setup as my network didnt allow it, but just connected my laptop to it and set it up pretty easily. WiFi gets to the furthest reaches of the house, now. Not hard to set up, much cheaper than other solutions.

Greater than one weekMy house is 100 years old, made of stucco and lath. The walls are 10 to 12 inches thick. If Im on the second floor anywhere near a wall, I simply do not receive wi-Fi signals. Set up was very simple and when I plugged this bad boy in I was relieved to see that I was one bar from full strength; A drastic improvement in signal strength. I used PayPal and it was delivered to me in three days. I am a skeptic so Im waiting for the other shoe to drop but so far it greatly exceeds my expectations. Ill let you know if something goes wrong – stay tuned.

> 3 dayHave the internet connected upstairs so even though it worked downstairs, it was slow and sometimes signal was not that strong. I used the TP-link downstairs and it solved all my problems, Fast/strong signal.

> 3 dayAs my streaming blue-ray is inside the entertainment center, sitting on top of other metal box, in the opposite side of the house and at a different level from the router, the reception was insufficient to stream high def videos. The extender is such a simple unit to setup, and it works seamlessly with the router. My streaming box is now working perfectly the 2.4GHz band (wireless).

> 3 dayI originally bought this to stream videos and music, which the description says it is meant for.Its only 2 hours in but Im very happy with this purchase. Used chrome on my phone to set up and couldnt be easier. Working exactly as I hoped and removed the basement deadzone! I would suggest going up if you are planning to stream.

Reminder:
- The working status of the repeater can refer to its smart indicator light.
- WiFi signal booster is only limited to increase the coverage of the wireless signal, but not to increase the speed of the network.
- When the repeater expands the signal, it does not need to plug in the network cable. It can receive the signal of the router directly by plugging it into the socket, and transmit the wireless signal.
