I used the wax to reseal a cork on a 1970 vintage port wine. It worked very well.

We used these and they melt great!

These are great! Makes these wax seal that almost seems plastic when cooled. I needed to make ~50 wax seals and found 3 is just right for me (2 is too little and 4 seems a waste). I cool the seals on parchment paper then glued them on the backs of the envelope. Looks wonderful!

First time buying sealing wax for a stamp. The wax is great its bendable and its a lovely color. I wrapped the spoon handle with some hemp cord i had on hand and used super glue ( e6000 ) on the bottom to make sure it stayed. It doesnt get hot but i just didnt like the feel of the metal. It does get all black but i just clean it after every use and its good to go. I used 3 little chips and melt it slow. To fast youll get alot of bubbles and then you might want to get a tool to pop them. I just poured from a center point but ive seen people pour in a small circle motion. You have like a second to kinda shift your stamp on the wax before it sets but you have to apply a small amount of pressure and kinda move it at the same time. I used a piece of glass as a practice. I got these rings in the wax but it doesnt have those on paper i just wanted to practice my pouring method. I also used the practice chips and glued them on to what i needed with a hot glue gun but im sure you could use a double sided tape if you have that on hand.

Wir wollten unsere Karten per Post versenden und haben daher Siegelwachs statt Siegellack gewählt. Das Ergebnis hat uns überzeugt und die Verarbeitung war sehr einfach. Wir haben damit etwa 50 Briefe versiegelt und haben noch Wachs über. Gerne wieder!

The wax works perfectly fine with my stamp, the colour is really nice, just like old wax seals, perfect for my project.
