The rubber had come off my key fob, and this slipped rod over it, save me a bundle

This is a nice product but poor design. The hole for this is at the top of the fob, so therefore if you need to use the key portion of the fob you have to take the entire fob out of the rubber sleeve to gain access which includes removing it from whatever ring you have it attached to.
