My order is missing the 4 bent straws. The shrink sleeves are horrible. They kept melting while I was trying to shrink them on the cups. Heat was on low and wasnt even very close to the cup.

Didnt show up so quickly sent a new one, awesome service, awesome cups

Love the tumblers I purchase many times!! They always come with 2 straws but my last 3 purchases I’m starting to get only 1 straw for each tumbler which is a bummer now. Wonder what’s going on with that only reason I’m giving a 3 stars

I’m brand new to sublimation and was excited to try making tumblers. First I made my own wrap design but it came out a little dull. It could have been my fault since I’m new so I’m not gonna say that was because of the cups just yet. However I put the shrink wrap over the tumbler and butcher paper over the shrink wrap before I heated it. Good thing I did because when I pulled it out of the cup press, the shrink wrap had melted and stuck to the inside of my cup press. Next time I make a tumbler I will not be using the shrink wrap

These sub very nice! I’ve found cheaper options but would buy these again in a pinch!
