Would give the valve a 1 and customer service a 5. New valve leaked in same place as old one, however customer service took care of me.

the old one broke when we had a freeze even tho I drained the system.

So far this product has done exactly what it said it would do! Time will tell.

Fixed my original valve that failed in my camper. Perfect replacement and easy to install!

I installed it with no problems.

Easy install considering the tight space! Really only need a short stubby Phillips screwdriver and a flat slotted screwdriver to pry up the ear holding valve in place.

Replaced a valve that was leaking at the bottom of the connection. If I had to do again Id remove the toilet. I did with the toilet in place and it was more of a headache. But leak was fixed.
