BT on these is a joke. One pair of earbuds would not connect. Another set of earbuds connected/disconnect every few seconds. The cheapest earbuds (a third pair) connected and had a max volume so low, I could almost hear it when I held my breath. This is junk.

Searched for iTunes compatible MP3 player, this was prime choice. It was not compatible, never saw my bluetooth device and was user unfriendly. Directions was for a device with picture of different device. I returned, which cost me $7.99

Couldnt add my music

The audio is a bit sketchy and the plug for earbuds does not fit - the hole is too large for the earbuds, or earbuds are too small for the hole.

All the display language was in Chinese. Since no other reviewer complained about this issue, Im guessing I got a unit intended for the China market. The English instructions were so small I needed a magnifying glass to read them, and I had to get my teenage neighbor to read them for me. But that was little help as the instructions were obviously written by someone who was not fluent in English, and neither I nor my neighbor could understand the convoluted and overly complicated controls. The instructions say it supports 25 languages, but to change the display to English you have to go through several steps in the menu and they are all written in Chinese as well! We tried every button and never could figure out how to change the language. All I really wanted was an mp3 player, and the buttons had symbols for their basic functions, so I assumed I could figure it out. But even downloading songs onto it required going through steps in the menu. After half an hour trying to get it to work, I gave up. Im returning it for a different model.

It says Bluetooth, but only with included earbuds!!! Not with my nose or Sony earphones or earbuds!!! Was useless to me. I returned it and learned Bluetooth doesn’t mean all Bluetooth!!!

The instructions were only in Chinese, and the bluetooth function didnt work.

Dont waste your money.

This Lady-Boomer-engineer is dissatisfied. Returned item. See review by Keith Thompson; I agree with everything he said. Adding to his comments: every album I downloaded was stored as unknow, not even as unknown. There is no artist information. Everything is lumped together. The instructions dont even say how to download, such as, which directory to I put the music into? The answer seemed to be just send it over to the drive root level, (to D: for example). It uses the old USB connection, but advertises the newer one. I also populated my old Danshue mp3 in about a half hour, but this mp3 player was very slow to receive music files so I gave up. It advertises as fast; it isnt. I didnt try the movie feature. Bad instructions. My husband can read the Chinese instructions but they are just so tiny. The screen icons are a bit fuzzy and look like a 1980 computer screen.

Im acutely tuned into this one particular feature, the Shuffle Play/Random Play feature, and it was the primary criterion when I was shopping for an MP3 player and arrived at this one. As far as MP3 players go, this one is legit top notch. Its not fancy but it works, which is exactly what MP3 players should have been over a decade ago. No complaints. The Shuffle Play/Random Play is of the Inclusive type - this play mode will include songs that have already come up in the Shuffle/Random play. I personally prefer an Exclusive type of Shuffle/Random, where a song comes up just once and is then omitted from the Shuffle, like removing a card from the deck. This one nitpicky shortcoming is the only complaint I have.
