Nice wire but definitely not 4 gauge maybe 6.

This is not true 4 awg (red wire). Ive got some true 4 awg wire for my solar panels (black wire) and this stuff is smaller. The 4 gauge ring terminals fit the black wire but are too big for this wire. Its more like 6 awg.

Its a lil smaller than real 4 gauge but makes up for that in value of the product. You know the ole saying quality over quantity! That applies. Worked great for my 1200 watt kicker cm amp with 2 12s! Sounds better than it ever did with no more protect mode!

Bought this to extend a welder ground cable but have not put it to use yet. Sometimes they are asking for reviews before you even receive the product. This cable looks great and the seems to be tough enough. Good flexibility. I gave it the benefit of any doubt and gave it five stars because I think it will work out fine whenever I put it to use but really cant say how well it holds up till it has been in use for a while.
