Worked out well, reasonably priced, first trip was brilliant.

So far so good! It’s sturdy, lightweight, great wheels, good compartments for organization and has a USB outlet. I’ve had Tumi’s and their wheels don’t balance out the weight of the suitcase. This feels durable and is also stylish. It goes with all my black bags and travel outfits and is easy to tell from all the other black bags. I can just wipe off any dirt that gets on it too! So glad I waited and researched and found this suitcase. I travel weekly and so far it’s hasn’t disappointed!

I bought the medium checked-size luggage and its fantastic. I liked it so much, I bought the 19-inch carryon. I have experience with the combination lock and had the instruction card in hand when I changed the combination on my new carry-on. After resetting the combo, packing, and getting ready to leave for the airport, I wanted something inside the bag so tried to open it with the new combo. The bag didnt open. I tried everything, including contacting customer support to figure out how to open the bag. Received NO RESPONSE from customer service. All the help says to read the instruction card. Duh! The help also says to use the EXISTING combo to reset. Well...if the existing combo doesnt work, how the heck are you supposed to do a reset. None of it makes sense. So now, Im in Ecuador and have to consider busting the lock to get into the bag because theres no other way to get in.

First of all, I LOVE this luggage, it is perfect for travel/carry on. I have no issues with the product or brand name....... HOWEVER..... BUYER beware because my item was OBVIOUSLY a return that Amazon is selling as brand new......, the wheels have definitely been used before and one of the zipper pulls was missing so this was probably a return and it was cleaned up and sold as new. Everything else looked fine so I am keeping it and I cleaned the wheels and paid $5 to order a replacement zipper pull. I personally think Amazon should send me a few dollars to cover this hassle and disappointment of selling me a refurbished item as new....

Great suitcase. Used it for travel and love that it was able to fit a lot of stuff in it.

Mine didn’t even last a full trip. the seam with the zipper ripped open after just one plane ride.

Purchased for 14 day land sea cruise. Held up to all the beating of multiple flights and ship and shore loads and unloads. Size is perfect but can be overloaded past 50 lbs if not careful

Easy to use. Lightweight and cool!

Bought two for a trip to Italy, these luggages are amazing for their quality, light weight and maneuverability even when fully loaded. Very robust as well. Great color choice. I knew the brand already and was sure I couldn’t go wrong with this purchase. Highly recommended!!!
