I bought two of these. One of them was returned because it wasn’t heating up and when I got the replacement, that one didn’t work either. Plus, the plug isn’t secure so the slightest movement made it fall out.

I feel comfortable when I used this neck stretcher. The heat is a plus. Even though we should not over use but it makes me sleepy when I was using it. I use the computer all day long and by using this it relax my stiff neck and shoulder.

I dont use it on a regular basis, maybe I should (?). But, whenever I start getting this severe pain, then I remember this and TBH this works surprisingly well and does reduce pain for the day.
