A-316 250 Amp Electrode Holder

Not only is this the top of the line stinger. The shipping was super fast even with the holidays in the mix.

This is a great stinger for combo or uphill welders in general. I used it a lot for distribution and combo plant work. In my opinion, it’s not suitable for pipeline work. But still very useful.

This is great. The clamp handle works with thick welding gloves and has a fantastic grip strength and options.

Works great. Was easy to install, light weight but sturdy and holds the rod nice and tight.

Much better than the 200 amp tweco electrode holder. This actually fits my hand under the lever. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it did not come with extra insulators. Otherwise, great electrode holder.

Set screws were wonky. Couldnt find an Allen wrench that would fit ( metric or standard) from 2 different full sets of wrenches. Whoever machined these must have been on their first day and narrowly passed quality control. I got some set screws from a local hardware store that fit and I was able to swap them out quickly. For the price point, not surprised I had to mess around with it. Its a cheap stinger handle. Itll get me going until I have time and money to find a proper replacement for my esab oem handle.
