A Treasury of Curious George: 6 Stories in 1!

A wonderful book for sure. My son is almost 1 year old and I am beginning his library collection. He loves watching Curious George cartoons, so I knew he would love the book.

What can I say - these are classic tales, collected in an attractive square hardback edition. We love this book, and have returned to it many times over the years.

This is a nice hard cover book, with thick pages. The illustrations are definitely in the style of the originals but it isnt the original books. The stories seem a little bit more rushed and abrupt than the original books, and I think thats how they have lost some of their charm.

We grabbed this for five bucks as a stocking stuffer for our 2.5 year old and 10 month old not expecting much. When It arrived we were surprised at how nice the book is. Very well made with a nice hard cover and really nice heavy stock pages. Our oldest loves the curious George movies and ipad games and this turned out to be a great addition. We read it to him before naps and bed time and he gets all caught up in the stories as we go. After two stories, roughly ten minutes to twelve minutes worth, he is ready to go nighty-night. Very happy we got it.

We just LOVE these Curious George books!

Our 3 yo asks for this book every night. He loves every story and can even tell it back to you. Recently his favorite is Curious George goes camping. So out of nowhere he now pretends he is a skunk and pointing his tail at us he says, Im going to stink you! This will probably come up somewhere embarassing. But childhood joy, fun, learning, and imagination is what Curious George is all about. Wonderful collection. We have a small set of short Curious George stories that arent as captivating as these for our kids. If you lile George and/or looking for just one, this is the one you want. If you have the others and are looking to add on, dont leave this one out.
