> 3 daySo this works amazing but I can not set it on auto smart mode as high speed for fan is to loud. Instead I run it on the other auto mode and it just runs on the next setting down from high. The build quality is great I honestly dont know if you can get a quieter fan. But there is no way you can run this on high fan speed and enjoy a movie, tv, or music. Works for me on the next setting down from high temps dropped alot does its job.

16-12-2024What a great concept, (see pict) in cabinet, there is very little room and it’s enclosed on 3 sides. My AV receiver gets pretty hot and instead of me cutting out the back of the cabinet, all I needed to do was place the AC Infinity fan on top. Set on auto and it turns on when heat increases and adjusts the fan speed when more is needed as AV receiver heats up. Very guiet and you can even limit how fast the fan can go, further insuring quiet operation. Looks awesome and in my case, even matches the AV receiver’s curved front shape!

> 3 dayI wish I had known that these existed sooner. Drilled holes in our last entertainment center to install computer fans and a controller. This is much cleaner!

Greater than one weekThe AC Infinity S10 unit is a front exhaust unit with a footprint that pretty completely covers the Denon AVR-X4400 it is cooling. I ordered this cooling unit after observing surprisingly high running temps on a Denon AVR-X4400 Atmos receiver. Before setting the front exhaust S10 unit in place I was using a fairly large fan room fan, blowing through my equipment rack to cool the receiver. The AC Infinity S10 unit is quieter, and looks to be cooling just as well, if not better, allowing me to close the back of the rack up, as was originally intended. The unit is heavier than it looks, (so Im sure would support 30 lbs top loading as indicated) build quality is very good complimented by decent aesthetics. In auto mode (fan speed increases with temperature) the unit manages cooling quietly and efficiently without any user intervention. This is an excellent addition to the equipment rack, and likely will increase the life of this receiver considerably.

> 3 dayI just got to give this company props! These cooling fans are a godsend! They do exactly what they say and look great doing it. Programming couldn’t be easier. This is the 3rd one I’ve purchased. Not because the other two failed but because they really do keep tour expensive home AVR components much cooler than without! The checked the temp inside the in closed space where my receiver sits and it was 120 degrees. Now with the fan installed it never gets above 85! If you need to keep your expensive electronics cool, (which you do by the way) then this is the for sure way to go!

> 3 dayAfter researching different cooling systems for my Marantz porthole receiver that seemed to want to overheat upon higher listening volumes, I bought the AC Infinity single fan plugged into my switched integrated amp. The fan worked fine as a single, but once I turned off the amp and receiver, there was a chance Id left the recr on with zone 2 or 3 still operating without my knowledge (Marantz owners will know what Im talking about--white dash in porthole is your ONLY clue when recr is in Zone 2/3 and STILL ON).
