It is cord. It plugs into things, and the things turn on when it is plugged in. Cant ask for much more than that. Ill update if it fails, but so far its doing its job just fine.

I left a cord at a hotel, so I purchased this to replace it. Good price and fast delivery. Not sure what else to say except it works perfectly and does what it is supposed to.
