Great price, great product. No glitches, no delays. Screen has clear and clean color. It moves rapidly from site to site. I guess my only complaint would be the small keys. I make a lot of typing errors. This comp was my choice and I am adapting. I have experienced no negatives so far at all. I highly recommend it.

All in all it seems like a fine laptop. However, I got it primarily to use for Zoom meetings. I was never able to hear music while attending a Zoom meeting. I was never able to successfully share any video. That is neither with the app or through the browser. Zooms sound test never worked. I had numerous emails and phone calls to Acer and Zoom. The zoom expert was frustrated and escalated it to their engineers. I dont know what the issue is, Im no engineer. Just wanted those who were looking to host Zoom meetings to know this.

Total piece of junk, dont waste your money

When its actually working its great. But at least once a day when using it crashes and then has to restart.

Piece of crap, charger and battery failed after a couple months. It does basic laptop things okay a ram and M.2 Upgrade is highly recommend to make this thing not a complete waste of money.

I did a lot of research and found the Aspire 5 to be what I believe the best bang for your buck laptop currently. You could make a case for the Aspire 3 but for a work laptop in my opinion the 5 is more future proof. But I also discovered there are several configurations, not just with chip, RAM, and storage memory but form factor--numpad included or not, key backlighting or not, etc. I use a numpad frequently for work, so though I have mechanical keyboards to use with this laptop I wanted the availability of the numpad. Backlighting and a Ryzen 5 included, which I researched and found was generally seen as faster than other chips in Aspire 5 models. That meant this seller had the right model for me.

I was expecting a smaller device but this acer exceeded my expectations. I need to purchase a mouse to go with it.
