I love the back-lit keyboard could use i the hard comfortable

Have had this computer for 19 months and it has died!

It feels great and works as expected

I’ve had this computer for a couple months now and so far everything is great. I use it for basic work functions, Microsoft 360 applications and Google. For what I need, it’s been great!

Order this a while ago. Ended up being to big and bulky for me so I decided to return it but some how my return got lost and now I have no laptop and down $400.

I had an Acer for 7 years (yes you read that correctly), no issues. I’ve had Dell and HP, and since Acer lived the longest I opted to buy the same brand. Setup was super easy. Unfortunately the rest was not. The batter won’t charge after the initial charge. This might be a faulty power cord, but getting one through Acer will take 5/7 business days. So now I have no laptop for over a week. To initiate the request I received an email - which was confusing, as I thought giving all my details to the CSA on the phone and him confirming it would be sent out was all I needed to do. He did say it needed to be registered…..I did that online when I set it up…but ok. Of course, the email link I was sent, when I click on it and begin to enter my details, immediately reverts back to the start before I finish. Every. Single. Time.

First computer had heating issues. Exchanged it for another. Second laptop ports wont detect a second monitor when HDMI and USB are plugged in. Repair sent the computer back saying they couldnt replicate the issue. Got the computer back and its still not detecting a second monitor and the USB port no longer detects any monitor, when it previously could detect 1 monitor. I was without a computer for 3 weeks and now I have to send it back.

Bought this for my nephews 12 th birthday he just loves it!!

I bought this for my 78 year old tech challenged Mom. It’s a perfect laptop for her banking and solitaire playing needs. Beautiful screen, quick boot up, fast browsing. What more do you need n a basic unit.

This laptop is horrid. Says it has backlit keyboard but only the ENTER key is lit. Volume is terrible. And it’s very slow. You get what you pay for.
