Greater than one weekI have been using another Acer but with less RAM and smaller hard drive and I must say, the difference is noticeable. Never had any issues with the other one either so all in all, excellent choice of machine! Timely shipping too, which is always a plus.

> 3 dayOur Acer laptop did not work properly when we got it. None of the USB ports worked. The first thing we had to do was call the help line and reload drivers. 6 weeks later it happened again. 6 weeks later it happened again and we had to send it to TX for repairs. They replaced the mother board - a major repair. It was a bad computer from the start but they wont reimburse the $58 we had to pay to ship there poorly made laptop back to them.

> 3 dayIt seems to be a great computer for the money but the the support is really bad. First of all they do not provide a correct serial number on the bottom of the laptop. I have been going from the seller to Amazon to Acer trying to resolve the issue with the Serial number. They just wear you down until you give up.
