Greater than one weekGreat computer for simple use. Runs video well. Screen is clear and crisp. I had an issue and sent it back to the seller and they fixed it immediately and got it back to me in great time.

> 3 dayIt seems to be a great computer for the money but the the support is really bad. First of all they do not provide a correct serial number on the bottom of the laptop. I have been going from the seller to Amazon to Acer trying to resolve the issue with the Serial number. They just wear you down until you give up.
