Greater than one weekAcer is #1 brand for everyday laptops in $500 price range. I bought this for my parents to replace their desktop. Always a good buy. Acers are easy to use (and update), dependable, & have sleek yet sturdy (but not too heavy) design for laptops @ 15”+ size .

> 3 dayI purchased this in May of 2021. It is now July 2022. Depite the low volume issue as others have stated it is fixable adding a speaker. The main reason for the 1 star is that no matter what fix is applied, this laptop constantly loses connectivity. It will usually reconnect on its own in a few seconds. But at times takes longer. It has gotten really annoying. I had an Acer 7R that was a bit slower but there were never connectivity issues.
