Greater than one weekIve owned several Acer computers over the years and have been fairly happy with them. Ive only had problems with one laptop and Acer repaired that one for free. We also have several Dell laptops and desktops and I can say they havent been without problems either.

> 3 dayI do love this computer but there are a few issues. One is the sound card. I listen to Spotify and KNOW how my songs sound , and this computer does not play them correctly. Also when you switch from speakers to earbuds (which you have to go to the back of the screen to do) you then have to tell the computer that your now using earphones or there will be no sound at all. And that is also a pain bc if you miss the pop up window as you run back to look at the screen, I couldnt find how to switch over, so I have to unplug and plug in again so the pop up happens and I can tell it which one Im using!!!!! If it sounds like a pain believe me it is. And then the sound isnt even good. It plays youtube vids fine and every other thing with sound just not Spotify. I actually listen to my music on my laptop still to avoid all this hullabaloo. Also no disk drive is a bit weird. There are light areas around the screen when its on but black. Sometimes I can see it when a movie has a really dark scene but for the most part this is a small issue. Still, I feel something was damaged in delivery or storage. But so far so good as far as anything else. Just that all the plugs are in the back which makes any change more of a pain than if they were along the side. I got it on sale so now $890 seems like a bit much for these issues but if your looking to save $100-$150 (which youll need to spend on a disk drive if you dont have one) go for it! Also the keyboard and mouse work just fine for me. No issues yet.

> 3 dayThis is not a full-powered gaming machine. Its a basic computer to do Office tasks and email and web surfing and social media and zoom calls on. It has a small footprint and is very lightweight. I could not find the small USB receiver for connecting the wireless mouse and keyboard. I dont know if its because I dropped it somewhere unpacking or if it wasnt in the box, so I assume it was my error. Be aware when unpacking!

> 3 dayThis computer is slow. It takes 5 minutes to bring up any web page. I wish I would have listened to the other reviews.

> 3 dayI was excited to receive this for review, I havent used an all-in-one form factor (other than an iMac) in a really long time, and I was interested to see what someone would get for around $700. Ultimately, this is using laptop internals, packed inside of a computer monitor. The power adapter only has an output of 65 watts, a normal desktop processor alone draws at least that much power and sometimes double. Computers have become powerful enough so that most people dont really need full-fledged desktops like that anymore though. A neat and tidy setup like this is more practical and elegant, so long as you dont need anything too powerful.
