It is entirely what was expected and the top of the device has a very pleasing linen look in the gray finish. Happy customer so far.

This is a great Chromebook. I just purchased from Best buy only because of a sale they had but wanted to leave a review. It is awesome I purchased for my 8 year old who loves it and jumped right into it. It basically runs off your Gmail account and apps from the play store. You can add windows 10 but 8 year olds generation is app based and she uses it for her Google classroom. With that said two important things I learned in my research - first Acer is built Intel Celeron vs MediaTek which is cheaper. That important do your research on that! Secondly the chrome operating system has built in anti virus protection, however you can add anti virus to it from the play store as another protection and the free ones are fine. I chose Avast after doing my research. If your worried about storage on the 32 just buy a micro SD card. I purchased a 256gb. Lastly the flip from laptop to tablet mode is awesome. It truly is a great Chromebook by Acer and got a top rating!

This Laptop is pefect for me and my son as we are doing distance learning everything is on the computer and I easily downloaded every app my son needed on it and its perfect for my work applications and art that I do as a hobby Im in love and would recommend it 100%

Our Acer CP311-1HN Spin was great - while it lasted. Everything about it was absolutely perfect for my son’s use. Really is/was a great chromebook in every aspect - nice touch screen… light weight… but then there’s the battery…

So far I really like this little laptop. I have fibromyalgia so this lightweight laptop is perfect.

a great starter Chromebook for our daughter, but an adult would need more computing power.

Update: I read something about TWO charging ports in someone elses review, and its true -- there is a 2nd port that can be used if one fails. Happy about that, but wonder how long the 2nd one will hold up.

Havent had it 2 days and it turned off while I was using it and it wont turn back on
