> 3 dayMany people comment on how jittery the AES screen is. When product first arrived, it was indeed very hard to get a straight line, and pen pressure was a little funky. However, Acer has since released a BIOS update available on their site which significantly improves things. Laptop performance and design was always great, but since the touchscreen update its an excellent choice.

> 3 dayI got this for my son who is an artist and has been looking at this particular laptop since it was announced. Out of the box, its very sturdy and beautiful. Its like a hybrid tablet/laptop with a very creative and innovative set up. One of the best features is the anti-glare screen which boasts absolutely vibrant and beautiful colors. The color match is precise and reliable. As others have mentioned the stylus works great on the screen and the touch is responsive and works beautifully. The only complaint is that the stylus needs to be charged more frequently if you are putting it to heavy use. This laptop works great as a regular laptop as well with all the functions you need. So far, we are really loving this design and have very few complaints other than stylus charge and laptop charging. These are not big enough complaints to deduct a star. This is a beautiful, innovative computer for anyone, especially in the artist community.

> 3 dayI bought this laptop after hearing many positive reviews. This machine is amazing! It has more features than I originally realized and it runs my heavy duty graphics programs without a problem. It interfaces with all of my other equipment, which is critical. Great screen clarity, long battery life and an impressive build quality make this an impressive machine. A+ PC!

> 3 dayI LOVED this laptop and got it for a great price! Im SO BUMMED that I have to return it. As others have stated, I get fairly frequent random graphics card detection issues and system crashes (BSOD). I STILL wanted to keep it anyway but I never know when itll just randomly crash as Im working on it. Its too bad. Sending it back.

> 3 dayThis computer is absolutely fabulous! I have an Acer Swift 5 for work, and I love it, but this Acer ConceptD 3 Ezel is even more impressive. I love the Acer products! Setup was easy, no so-called bloatware, and the speed is absolutely impressive. The difference is absolutely noticeable between the i7-8565U (which is still an impressive processor in its own right) on the Swift 5 and this fabulous ConceptD i7-10750H. Games in my library on Origin load lightning-fast and play well. The touchscreen is the nicest, most responsive and accurate Ive ever encountered. The stylus also works well; accurate. The location of the fingerprint reader is intelligent. The vents for the fans are also located wisely. And the keyboard! Oh, the keyboard of this laptop is wonderful! Its responsive and easy to tell that you have actually pressed the key. The webcam is nice and regardless that this is not a 4k resolution screen, its absolutely beautiful. Nicely done laptop - I am thoroughly impressed to say the least.

> 3 dayLook, this is a really cool concept for a laptop. A laptop for creators and artists to be able to take their work on the go, that’s what this laptop advertises itself as. It presents itself as a laptop, but with the desktop power to be able to handle heavier programs. The screen moves and comes out for whatever it is you need, but the reality is, the laptop is too compact to truly be able to handle my programs. Simply running things like Adobe Illustrator or small games and the laptop’s fans are louder than the actual fan in my room. I also quickly ran into audio issues, and the laptop itself has stopped playing sound out of the speakers entirely. I’ve only had the laptop for a day. Acer has produced many good laptops that can handle resource-heavy programs/games, and their Concept D models haven’t all been bad, but I believe this one just seems to be a simple laptop with a few more buffed specs. If you’re looking for a sleek compact design for good day to day laptop, this is a good choice. But as for anything much more than that, you’d probably be better off with an actual heavy duty gaming laptop.
