> 3 dayThis monitor started randomly blacking out for a few seconds at a time a year after I got it. Its gotten worse so I finally contacted Acer about the warranty. They make it so difficult to use the warranty and expect me to have no monitor for 10 days while they investigate the problem. Also packing the monitor and shipping it to them is at your own expense. I wont be buying from Acer again.

> 3 dayI hope Acer, and the public take time to read this post. I typically dont make this effort, but I want to warn everyone who is thinking about purchasing an Acer monitor that they have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (in a foreign country)!! It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a supervisor or manager unless you wish to schedule a call-back at THEIR convenience and that would be 1-2 DAYS from the time you request this. The large screen monitor I bought for publishing is a lemon, was bad right out of the box. Having bought the extended warranty didnt even help get this resolved. I purchased this monitor for my work, but I have completely wasted the finances to purchase it.

> 3 dayNot sure if this is a set up issue on my end. But after attaching the stand that came with it, this monitor has an obvious lean/angle forward and down. I cannot seem to adjust it either.

Greater than one weekIve had nothing, but good things to say about this monitor. Yes, very rarely, someone will say something about a lemon. Lemons happen! But not to me, and , for the majority neither. Two words BUY IT!!

> 3 dayFor the price the quality of this screen is very good. The screen size is the perfect balance between large and not breaking the bank. This is the 2nd acer screen I have bought, they seem to have a reasonable lifespan.

> 3 dayI use my computer for CAD work so I needed a bigger monitor, this monitor is what I needed. Maybe too big, my eyes took some time to adjust but I would see it would be difficult to go back to anything smaller than this or 28-in. The quality fits great for what I need, I think the only thing that I noticed is that video playback quality is ok, not the best but it does the job.

> 3 dayAs I enter another decade of life, my eyes definitely are showing wear. My strategy has been to buy new monitors with progressively larger screens. This monitor definitely improved my outlook on life with its 32 full HD specs. The images are bright and crisp and the scripts are definitely easier to read than my old 26 Hanns-G. Set up took less than 5 minutes from unpacking to power on. So far, I love this new monitor.

> 3 dayThis is 75% glossy with 25% matte coating. I dont use matte monitor for my eye fatigue problem. If you look for sharper images, this is absolutely recommended. Colors are natural. Design is good! stand is a sturdy, 100% metal. Well made for $159.
