Nice monitors. Got two.

I had the monitor for 6 months then it just decided it no longer wanted to display the picture correctly anymore. It had faded and the screen had vertical stripes on both sides. Go on site to order replace asks to enter Serial Number and SNID but then doesnt give you enough space to enter both and then says please fill in the field for Serial Number and SNID.

The image in the monitor was very faded, even after using Acers app to reconfigure the settings based on several suggestions found online and in Acers own site.

I just received two of these monitors running as a 3rd and 4th monitor. One running on HDMI, the other running on DP connected to a RTX 3080.

Monitor wont wake from sleep - tried with multiple PCs. This happens so frequently Im throwing it away and buying another monitor. And this has occurred with three different PCs utilizing both HDMI and DP. Many others have complained about the same problem on the forums. I would not buy this monitor.

Didnt even last a year, and of course I cant return it. Dont waste your time or money. I have a Dell monitor that has lasted 15 years, and other brands that have lasted several years.

Broke completely after just a few days. Second Acer monitor I’ve purchased in a year to do this.

Looks good. Works good. And I really love the preset brightness modes, they help a lot when I get eye strain. Overall, great deal for an awesome monitor.

Received the monitor today and none of the buttons are even connected to the board. Theres no response or tactile feedback when pushed. The stick at the bottom is loose and flying all over the place inside the monitor.

The monitor arrived with a big scratch on the screen. The package itself was not damaged, so the defect existed before shipment. The seller shouldve not sent items with such major cosmetic defects
