All in all this monitor works for gaming and the occasional schoolwork. Set up is easy. Monitor is as-described. The only issue is one pixel is out in the upper right quadrant. It is bothersome, but the hassle to return the monitor and wait for a new one to arrive is more bothersome.

Near perfect for this pricepoint. Itll be very hard to find another like it. The only gripe I have with it is that it doesnt adjust and leans forward but I bought a stand which solved that issue. Also the 75 hz really does make a difference; I have a dual display setup and the other is a 120 hz but the difference between the two is less apparent than using a 60hz. Speakers are meh, but I didnt plan on on using them anyways so it doesnt bother me.

Built in speakers are horrible. Resolution looks OK, but I have it next to a 5K iMac, so its got a lot to live up to lol. Response time is great when playing on my XBox. Only downfall is the speakers. Just pretend they arent there and use a headset.

its an amazing monitor. only problem i have with it is that it doesnt go up or down. other than that, its beautiful. i love the flat design, and i can notice the difference between 5ms and 1ms response time. i also love the simplicity of the monitors settings.

I am a small time streamer that needed a second monitor with 144hz to match my gpus capabilities. It does its job and noticed immediately the difference between 60hz and 144hz. Bought it due to its price and will hold onto even when I upgrade to a more powerful monitor in the future.

I paid 97$ after tax for this monitor. Absolutely beautiful picture. The freesync is really nice with my Rx580. I dont see tearing anymore. The only reason this isnt a 5 star is the joke of a speaker they installed, it seriously is less powerful than my iPhone SE, and terrible sound quality. The speaker is probably the main reason a 75Hz - 24 - 1080p - freesync monitor only cost 90$... Highly recommend.

TLDR: it flickers off and on at the worst times and its so unpredictable that I wish I returned it. Let me start off by saying that this monitor is VERY satisfying to use...when its not flickering!!! Within the first day of getting it I was having flickering issues. I looked up some solutions and did some gsync disabling (this was the only monitor with 144hz that wouldnt drain my bank but it has free sync and not g sync sadly) and cable changes but it works for a while and then Ill get days where it flickers 6 TIMES IN A ROW. Its driving me NUTS. I would have returned it already and gotten a new one(NOT from Acer) if we werent in a weird spot for monitor stocks and deliveries. My boyfriend has a familiar model (just a 25in instead of 27) and it works amazing. And yes this could just be a dud but its also a well-known issue in Acer monitors for their panels being poorly built and tested in other models. So once theres a chance of new stock I may just sell this one off (Im past return date :/ I tried to give it a chance) and get an ASUS or BENQ.

I got this to game on my PS4 And it has been amazing. I feel like there is no input lag and there is no discernible motion blur In high FPS games. The colors look great, blacks dont look washed out, And it is plenty bright to game in a bright room. The built-in speakers arent not anything spectacular. But they got you buy if you dont want a game with a headset on.

Not sure if my video card is the issue or what. Monitor will intermittently blink on/off, the image is really grainy (most present in blacks showing white grains), screen size is super small, cant tell the difference in refresh from my previous monitor, the built in speakers arent even as loud as my cell phone, actually I should rate this experience lower from my perspective! There now 3 stars. With tech though, probably something else causing my images issues. I wouldnt pay 200+ dollars for this again though.

I bought this as an upgrade from an ancient 22 Dell monitor. Installing the base was simple and it came with the power cable, an HDMI cable, and VGA+Audio cables. I like the matte finish on the screen to reduce glare and it looks very nice overall. Once hooked up using the provided HDMI cable, the picture wasnt the best. The colors were washed out and scrolling webpages seemed to produce a ghosting effect. I found out through another review here that this was because of the overdrive feature. After I turned that off, the ghosting stopped. I also turned off the black boost and the color quality seemed to improve. The built-in speakers are about useless though. At max volume, I can barely hear any sound and it is very high-pitched. Also, be careful changing settings because some of them (Like the blue light filter) like to turn overdrive back on without telling you. Overall, Im pretty happy with my purchase. I got a really nice monitor without spending a fortune.
