Dead on arrival, simply hell to ship the faulty one back, besides the time and hassle, whole thing turned into my problem cause Amazon wont handle pick up of their faulty computer and lical regulation wont alliw for computer to be sent back with battery. Discovered many people received dead on arrival had the same terrible experience.

After unpacking, the sealing strip of the product packaging has been torn. After connecting to the power supply, the power light does not turn on. After repeated tests, it cannot be turned on. The seller sent the returned bad computer directly to me.

Plays New World in almost the highest setting (tho it says that its below the recommended requirements for that game.) I had no problem but had to turn the fans on full (which is a little loud.)

The product arrived broken and scrathed. Would not recommend at all. I was charged over 200 for a restocking fee that is insane. The seller was not as polite or respectful as it could be. I cant believe I was charged for a Laptop that didnt work properly.... do not recommend.

Everything about the laptop was good except, within less than two weeks of having it, it had issues reading the hard drive and now comes up with the error, no bootable devices, and will not turn on. Thankfully getting a refund because its been less than 30 days, but I would be much more upset if it went past that window.

Im seeing a lot of DOA comments. I thought this at first too but the power cable is a bit deceptive. Once you put the plug in the laptop, you have to push with a bit of force and youll hear a click. That click indicates a connection.

Terrible quality plastic. After I installed an additional ssd, when I tightened the bolts on the bottom panel - the bolt sockets began to crumble when I began to tighten the bolts. There is also no stopper for the bolts - I did not feel resistance, the bolt turned easily - but as a result: a tubercle next to the button Esc. After three months of use, noise appeared - a crackling fan. A month later, after noise appeared in the fan, the GPU stopped loading, low FPS even in games that were simple for this laptop, like Csgo or DotA. All programs and settings are set to high performance, the default GPU is used in all games. The percentage of GPU load in Acer Nitro Sense also disappeared, in the task manager it can be seen that the video card is not loaded more than 30%. I am not satisfied with the laptop, I have no desire to buy more Acer products.

Fire it up then go full throttle faster and more effectively than ever with Acer"s next evolution of its Nitro 5 gaming laptop. The powerful Nitro 5 laptop delivers an iconic gaming experience with the combined power of an AMD Ryzen 6000 Series Processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics—powered by Ampere NVIDIA"s RTX architecture! Next, toss in the vivid, crystal-clear 15.6” QHD display with a 100% DCI-P3 165Hz IPS panel, ample cooling and a 4-zone RGB keyboard and you can see why the Nitro 5 is a knockout hit for gamers of every level!
