Greater than one weekThe product arrived broken and scrathed. Would not recommend at all. I was charged over 200 for a restocking fee that is insane. The seller was not as polite or respectful as it could be. I cant believe I was charged for a Laptop that didnt work properly.... do not recommend.

> 3 dayVarious Acer laptops are being delivered damaged or completely useless. This one is no exception. The box came in with one half ripped open like a rabid animal was locked inside. Not only was the box terrible, but the laptop came in dead! It does not charge and after some fiddling, I discovered that it’s the laptop’s power supply that doesn’t work.
