I use this Notebook since the start of this year, It Works Great even now. I dont see difference between the first day and now

So looking at the reviews, I was pretty afraid that the laptop would be DOA.

I absolutely loved this laptop. Specs were exactly what I needed, the keyboard is perfect. However - both times the device was DOA and would not charge.

Computer worked great until yesterday, encountered the black screen of death, wont work with external monitor either and cant even get bios to come up, very disappointed

Excelente equipo, sigue teniendo altas temperaturas pero ya no son un problema como en versiones anteriores del nitro 5

It had a key missing, I returned it immediately. Money back, no problem with that.

I’d have to say that for my first gaming laptop, this is exactly what I expected! It’s super responsive and allows me to use and play my Oculus Quest 2 for rift games on steam etc. Definitely worth getting this laptop if you’re looking for something reliable with the potential of upgrading the storage which I just did at 2TB and ram as well.

Various Acer laptops are being delivered damaged or completely useless. This one is no exception. The box came in with one half ripped open like a rabid animal was locked inside. Not only was the box terrible, but the laptop came in dead! It does not charge and after some fiddling, I discovered that it’s the laptop’s power supply that doesn’t work.
