> 3 dayIt came with a completely dead battery, return is currently pending. I was really excited for my laptop upgrade. I probably could have swapped the battery myself but I didnt want to void warranty and discover any other issues so I sent it in.

> 3 dayThat labtop worked great. But Windows11 and the Microphone have become a nightmare. Honestly regret buying this because of windows 11. installing and uninstalling drivers to try and make something happen. Bluetooth and Standard Microphone port are shot.

> 3 dayI have bought this thing twice now. Both times it has failed. The first time I bought it the thing at least turned on but the screen didn’t work. I decided I would return it then just get a different one. The second one decided it didn’t want to turn on at all.

> 3 dayI loved this Laptop before replacing it with my newest one I bought at a Black Friday discount of only $1000, the Asus A15, RTX 3050Ti, Ryzen 7, upgraded 6800H/ 32GB RAM 1TB SSD). If your not wanting Ryzen but Intel 7 instead, than I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this Acer Nitro 5 Gaming Laptop. I attached a picture of the red keyboard as this was one of the many features I loved most about the Acer 17.6 Laptop. I would give it an overall rating of about 4.8 Stars since the one I have now cost around the same price but comes with FULL RBG functionality, and 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, and both are expandable.(See my review on the Asus A15, April 2022 Model here on Amazon, or YouTube. I do alot of reviews by choice, and in order to help others know what it is they might be investing their hard earn dollars into. I think all reviews should be 100% honest and straight forward, but unfortunately there are some who might bock at this; I dont let that stop my being open and honest though. So yeah, I would recommend this Acer model if your not into Asus or are on a tighter budget as I myself am on.

> 3 dayJust make sure it is plugged in all the way. I added a 1 Tb HDD to the laptop without any problems, comes with the required data cable. I salvaged a 2.5 HDD from my old laptop. You can keep on the red keyboard lights using the nitro sense program. Boots in 11 seconds. The battery life could be better but it is a 17.3 screen and a gaming PC.

> 3 dayMe thinking I need the fastest processor, and graphics, but after starting school i couldn’t use it as daily use for assignments an stuff, battery wound last not even 3 hours without charge, so if you was to game then it’s good if not then don’t buy it just to watch YouTube and open your bank account!

> 3 dayI’ve had 2-3 of these with varying gpu over the years and have always been satisfied. This one blue screened within 2-3 months after gifting it to a graduate heading to college. Win some lose some
