> 3 dayThis laptop is for the gamers who play for fun as its not that powerful, I played valorant, Fortnite and rocket league on it and it works fine. I get around 100 FPS sometimes it drops to 60. I recommend this if your not a professional gamer.

> 3 dayThe Nitro 5 feels like a quality laptop. It feels perfect for a slightly above entry level gaming laptop. The only complaint and why I didnt give it 5 stars, is it runs pretty hot. I recently replaced the stock thermal paste with high quality paste meant to handle even extreme setups. It brought the cpu temp down about 8°. Diablo 3, The Witcher 3, FFXIV, etc.. All runs at a decent temp on higher settings. FFXV turns my Nitro into a supernova at medium settings even with the new thermal paste (will frequently spike to 93°-96°). Other than that itll play any new game on the market at medium graphics with a decent fps and itll play most games at medium to max settings at a good fps. Id recommend replacing the stock thermal paste asap.

> 3 dayLaptop ramdomly shut off and never turned back on. Tried changing battery and charger. Motherboard must be fried. Only was used a couple hours a day. Is a pain to open up and do diagnostics.

> 3 dayAwesome laptop with a super low price for what you get. The battery is not to durable but it’s what you get when you buy an H CPU. You can upgrade this computer for less than buy a new one. And about the seller, they ship fast and I’ve been using this computer for a month and everything is as spected. I’m happy with this buy

> 3 dayDont believe a word these other reviews are saying. I dunno what sorcery they pulled to wring a good experience out of this thing, but Ive been stuck with it for four years and Ive never hated a machine more. After only a few months, the laptop generally slowed down a ton and I started getting random frame drops in games I previously had no trouble running (such as Team Fortress 2, a game from 2007). Things only continued to get worse to the point that now a few tabs of Chrome are enough to bring this absolute clunker to its knees. It also loves to lock up for no apparent reason and it can sometimes last for minutes on end, which is lovely for a $600 gaming laptop. The hardware itself isnt very good, either; my CPU fan randomly started making these repulsive grinding noises a few months ago, which makes using it out in public basically impossible (though the sub-hour battery life didnt help to begin with). Im amazed this thing hasnt exploded yet, quite frankly.

> 3 dayI bought 2 of these for my kids and they are great. Fast for normal games, great for school work, and great for videos. Seller shipped quickly and these were brand new. Still sealed in the box. I did add 8g more Ram but have not had any issues at all....very happy with this laptop!

> 3 dayAt first I was really happy to get a “nice” laptop that I could play games and do work on it. But I want to let other people know that it’s not that could consider getting something else.
