> 3 dayI was skeptic of Acer, no more, this monitor is hands down the best looking picture I have had in a pc monitor, granted it is not 4k but I dont view 4k content in it, you wont be dissapointed, the power button is a bit weird in where it is at (back of monitor) but other than that excellent value, I might get another one

> 3 dayI really wanted to love this monitor. I have another ACER 27 1440p monitor (KW272U bmiipx) with very similar specs which I used as a comparison. Asteticly the monitor looks great and love the curved design, but the picture quality was dull and faded. I tried to adjust the color, contrast, and brightness settings, but it just didnt improve the picture quality enough to come close to my other Acer at default settings. I was not sure if these are cheaper panels to help drive the price, but at this price point and a discount offered it was just not worth it for me.

> 3 dayThe monitor works great, Ive seen a lot of people that needed to adjust settings, but mine looked great right from the start. Unfortunately mine had dead pixels right out of the box. I called Amazon for a return and was offered a partial refund instead of contacting the seller, which I accepted. The only other con is the power button, its very hard to maneuver and turning the monitor off is a nightmare, but its a pretty minor problem for the price you pay.

> 3 dayBought this to enhance my work-at-home setup, replacing a 24 flat Acer that will get repurposed in another room. PROS: * Monitor was packaged well and started up with no dead pixels. * Setup was super easy -- one screw connects the base to the monitor bracket, and the bracket snaps into the back of the monitor. * Overall, picture quality is good for the price. * At 3W, speakers put out considerably more volume than other monitors (the Acer it replaces had 2W speakers with very weak sound). * Comes with a handy set of cables (except DVI...not even an adapter?). * White/chrome style looks clean and modern sitting on our kitchen desk. * Did I mention its curved?? CONS: * Packaging leaves no confusion as to whats inside -- fortunately I was able to claim it off the front porch before anyone passing by got greedy. * Ports are kind of tucked up and in, which make connection kind of tricky. * Comes with a single rocker/push button for control that is easy to turn on, but has to be held 12 forevers before it turns off. * Brightness seems just a touch uneven across the width of the screen. Overall, Im happy with the purchase and would recommend.

Greater than one weekI like it. The base is minimal and could be sturdier. Power switch is not convenient. Use master switch anyway.

> 3 dayThis monitor is just not worth buying. Only expect to get 75hz if you turn the resolution all the way down to 800x600 instead of the 2560x1440 you probably want it for. Without turning the graphics down, youre only getting just shy of 60fps. Picture quality is rough as images have rough pixel-y edges. Video quality is poor, even mouse movement looks choppy and feels laggy (even when set to overdrive and adaptive sync). Overall poor monitor, wouldnt recommend. Very bad advertising of monitors capabilities and performance.

> 3 daySo far everything is working and arrived in good shape. At first glance I will admit I wasnt sure it was curved. I have a Samsung Curve and their curve has a bit more bend to it, alright on to the actual review. NOT DOA - whew (my box had serious gouges from what looked like a sharp metal corner in several spots), no dead pixels either... Im winning at this point. Assembly was a cake walk, pulled it out and plugged right into the stand with a single screw (decent quality). Both the monitor and mount are light, the screen is easy to adjust from a forward/reverse swivel at the base. The button on the back (stick) is easy to use. Ive seen comments that its finicky but honestly my Samsung has a similar selection stick - so I didnt find any issues. This does work with G-Sync or FreeSync - just so you all know - Nvidia came out back in January of 2019 and made more of their monitors universal. Once I had the Nvidia Control Panel up and running (had to update GPU drivers before Win10 would see it) - getting performance and refresh up to 120hz was a few clicks and done. If you want 144hz you will simply have to right click on the background of your desktop - go to display - select the monitor - advanced setting - set refresh to 144hz. I have not played with color tuning just yet, Ive only had the monitor for about 3 days and this was the last item I needed before I built my PC. I plan to play with the colors later and will re-review in a few months. I havent put any games through the ringer on it due to a mobo - m.2 drive issue (thats another review) but I did do a few CPU Bench Mark tests and once the refresh rate was fixed I was wizzing around between 189 - 320 fps on high details. If you use the G-sync you lose fps in order to prevent the tearing - just be aware. I will give a 5th star if it rates one or take one later if something happens - 4 stars is just the highest I will give at this point. If youre trying to decide on size or this one, I can say I was there. 24 is plenty for me. Leaves me with room to expand if I want to, plenty of mount/keyboard room and tower on desk. Great bang for the buck Cons - Ill let you know.
