> 24 hourFirst time with an ACER product! I have had a number 1080p monitors. This is my first 1440p monitor, at 76 years of age and a gamer, builder of pcs...I can see the difference between 1080p and 1440pat 144 Hz. At my age YEAH! I run most everything at native too hard for me to go fiddling with this and that, yes, I am a BOOMER , and I like it! So far great monitor from ACER!

> 24 hourI switched from the ASUS VG248QG, 165hz 1080p to this. I bought it for $300, looking at it right now, and it seems the price has increased to $400. Pros: 240hz (I play a lot of Valorant, it is definitely easier to hit shots with this monitor) 1440p (Looks a lot sharper and cleaner than 1080p, tested it in Cyberpunk 2077 and the difference is extremely noticeable) Response time (While I dont have the equipment to measure its response time, the manufacturer listed the monitor to have a 1ms GTG response time. I havent noticed any ghosting or smearing while gaming/UFO test. Ive seen a lot of videos online expressing how important GTG is over MPRT, so Im just going to believe the manufacturer on this.) IPS Panel (You’re able to look at the monitor from any viewing angle and the colors will look uniform. Definitely feels nicer than the VA panel I have) Cons: Build Quality (The monitor definitely feels cheap, but it makes sense since the monitor was only $300) Color Accuracy (Its listed as HDR, but the colors arent accurate/vibrant with and without the setting on. If the monitor is used just for gaming, this is definitely a solid pick. Youll get used to the colors eventually.) Overall: For the price of $300, Id recommend this monitor to any competitive gamers. Note: This monitor was also just released on Amazon on May 14, 2023, so it makes sense why you cant find any information on this monitor at all.

> 24 hourThis monitor makes games look absolutely stunning. Going from 1080p gsync to 1440p gsync makes the games look so much better. Everything is sharper without having to crank the terrible anti-alliasing in games settings. I will not be going back to 1080p after experiencing this monitor. I also will not be going back to TN monitors, as I can safely say that an IPS monitor (like this one) are much nicer. My only complaints are the brightness (which I rate 2 stars out of 5), and the occasional flickering. It took me about an hour of testing across multiple games just to find the perfect brightness because I had to adjust the gamma, contrast, and colors just to make it bright enough and still look sharp. The issue that then arose was the flickering back to lower brightness settings. Occasionally the monitor will change back to the original brightness settings that it came with and theres not much I can really do except turn it off and on again to fix it. Sometimes it will just keep flickering between the two modes. Ive found this usually happens after prolonged use, so Ive made sure to turn off the monitor even if my computer is still on. Issues aside, I got this monitor on sale for $300 and its well worth the money.

> 24 hourCenter screen in the pic is this monitor. I decided to leap forward for my primary gaming monitor and go up to 1440p, plus the price was nice on Prime Day 2021. Gaming on the monitor is amazing for games that support HDR. Because this is an IPS display the colors arent as bright as the TN panels that I had gotten used to. Not that the coloring doesnt look right, but it just seems dimmer. Itll take me some time to get used to having an IPS display again, and it also probably doesnt help that Im still using the TN panels as my 2nd and 3rd monitor until all of them will be 1440p. IMO, 27 inch is plenty for 1440p, especially if youre planning on a multi-monitor setup like most streamers end up with.

> 24 hourthis is a great monitor good colors and such but it needs some tweaking to be perfect i almost returned it until i started doing some digging in windows settings, and it turns out you need to go into nvidia control panel or the amd equivalent and adjust your brightness AND digital vibrancy a little bit. that on its own isnt a big deal but you also need to google how to change your monitor ICC profile in windows thats what changed the biggest thing to me. all in all good monitor for the price but if you arent willing to change some settings and want it right out of the box get something different. until i got into the settings in windows the monitor was noticeably/distractingly dim but after changing some things its perfect now!

> 24 hourNot sure if I won the panel lottery but this monitor is incredible! I have no dead pixels or backlight bleed at all! Ran the UFO test and Lagom monitor calibration tests and have perfect gamma and saturation. Ive decided to put my settings at 120hz so I can use 10 bit color as well. HDR is best left off because Windows just doesnt handle HDR well and honestly without HDR the colors look phenomenal on this monitor. I have response time at normal as I mainly play single player story driven games and have seen no ghosting or trails. 27 QHD is the sweet spot for gaming and general desktop use, I love the extra screen space. I upgraded from a 24 inch 1080p and there is no going back now! I highly recommend this monitor, I think some of these other reviewers dont know how to set correct settings in Radeon/NVIDIA/Windows and are dropping low reviews due to user error, this is an outstanding monitor and cant recommend it enough!

> 24 hourIf your looking for a affordable 2k resolution monitor look no further! This is a well made monitor with great colors and decent brightness! Its smooth frames are amazing and makes gaming and just watching content awesome. The main downside i had with this monitor was its HDR is a bit over saturated, i may need to adjust the setting to get it to a more natural looking color but as it stands now the colors look over saturated and off putting. Pros: - 2k resolution - 144 hz - good colors - decent price - monitor stand is rotation, height, and even swivel. (swivel is rare on stands so this is nice) Cons: - hdr is over saturated - system menus are a bit confusing - like many monitors designs the usb ports are useless if you have a multi monitor set up.
