> 3 dayI enjoyed this computer at first until I got new headsets for it and discovered the aux didnt work. Seems to be a pretty common problem and the fix was a factory reset. Which I did and it did work originally, then stopped working altogether again. Did another factory reset and now the computer just keeps overheating and shutting down. I barely have anything on this computer. It should not be overheating this easily. Dont waste your money. These issues appear to be common with a simple Google search.

> 3 dayOver the time I have had this laptop, I have yet to encounter any issue. The screen shows games and such beautifully, the speakers work wonderfully, and it can collect clear audio when need be. All in all, it is a great laptop.

> 3 dayFantastic gaming laptop! This is a huge improvement over the Acer Nitro laptop in every way. The 144 hz screen is incredible and it’s hard to go back to standard 60 hz displays after using it. You can push your mobile gaming to the limit but be aware the battery life is not great. The fans can also get extremely loud when playing graphic intensive games. This is a great middle point gaming laptop for anyone looking to game on the go!

> 3 dayThis is a great computer. It comes loaded with Killer. Crazy fast. It came packaged correctly so that it was not damaged. I have had trouble with this in the past when ordering electronics online. Believe the reviews and the hype.

> 3 dayVery pleased with this laptop in terms of speed, noise level, and features. There is a slight amount of light bleed around the edges of the screen, but I dont use it in a dark room so it really isnt a problem for me. One of the reasons I chose this model was for ease of access for a SSD addition as a secondary drive; very straightforward. (I didnt have to remove the motherboard like some competitors do.)

> 3 dayPerforms well, and not terribly loud. Marginal gains from overclocking at the expense of a dramatic increase in noise. Display is not quite as bright as I would like for a room with lots of natural light but the refresh rate is a plus. RAM and M.2 expansion is painless, however 2.5 SSD expansion is effectively impossible without finding the proper cable. After calling Acer, they pointed me to a third party that produces the proper cable. Too difficult to navigate their web page so I gave up. I have been through two cables from amazon, and they did not work.

> 3 dayI have been looking for a laptop that can handle some gaming needs for a while. The laptop was in my amazon list for a long time and I finally pulled the trigger at the start of the Covid-19 outbreak.
