I’ve built all of my previous PCs but have been a bit out of the game for years since my last PC was suitable for my needs, until it wasn’t. I looked at build options as well as various different PC gaming manufacturers. This Acer Predator, with a 12th generation I7 and an nVidia RTX 3070, was on par with pricing if I chose to build. While I was unimpressed with the case and USB availability I can say that it runs great and neither are issues for me. The fans ramp up louder as you are playing games or doing anything CPU/GPU intensive, but it’s not out of the ordinary. The only way to avoid that is with liquid cooling. What few issues I’ve had with the PC were related more to Windows 11 than PC hardware (some settings, especially power/sleep, needed to be tweaked). The included keyboard and mouse are pretty standard but do sync with RGB lighting of the case. The tempered glass side cover is optional and is shipped in its own internal box. Once installed I believe it helps with some noise cancellations. Overall, I’m very happy with this gaming PC and would recommend it for those that want a decent gaming PC and are on a budget.

Have no issues with it yet, so I cant give a review on the tech support. Loving it for gaming and Im also running my business on it and havent had any issues with either.

I have always been a gaming laptop kind of person. They’re plug-and-play, I don’t have to mess with the insides, and they come with the latest tech. for a decent price. Well, my ROG Zephryus G14 died on me in a 2 year span and I realized gaming laptops aren’t super sustainable in the long run anyway. So, that leaves me with building my own gaming PC or buying a pre-built. I fully intended to learn the ropes and build my own, but the prices for certain parts are still astronomical and I just don’t have the time. I’m sure a lot of other people are in the same boat.

Fans are super loud and the computer runs hot. It works well and runs smooth but Im afraid that the heat will damage it over time. I got it on sale and was a good price but Id rather have spent more for a better cooling computer

This PC is absolutely amazing! I would recommend upgrading the stock rams and the CPU fan.

I managed to snag this on Black Friday for $1099. With a 12700F and a 3070. Based on prices, it was well worth just going the prebuilt route.

Im so disappointed... It just stopped powering on after three days of owning it. And now I have to go through the annoying process of returns and hope I get my money back. Please dont buy this computer, it will make you cry and fill your life with despair.

I was really excited to receive this PC. The moment I set up windows and logged in I noticed the screen periodically blinking. It seemed like the GPU was quickly crashing. I reviewed the reliability monitor and it appears it was repeatedly throwing a live kernel event 141 error which seems to be common by doing a google search. I updated windows, updated the NVIDIA driver all with no luck. I contacted Predator preferred support which is just a foreign call center. They proposed the items I already tried. I even reset it to the factory acer windows image and installed a clean copy of windows with no resolution. After wasting 6 hours of research and troubleshooting I boxed it up and sent it back to Amazon. Waste of a day and no new PC.
