I have owned several Acer laptops .... my current one - power cord keeps falling out of laptop slot .... thought it was a fluke (dealt with it for over a year) so finally ordered this one. Plugged it in and once again the power cord that plugs into the computer slot immediately fell out. Returning it was a nightmare .... will never order from this e-seller again and will make sure I deal with only vendors that are shipped from Amazon and not a third party. Amazon wasnt much help either - at first denied a refund of my shipping costs because it was a thrid party but after talking to several customer service reps and sending a picture of the receipt of $14.42 (UPS) they agreed to refund it. The next day they cancelled my refund for shipping as the seller had already allowed $10 for shipping (seller had told me they would not pay for return shipping). In the end I will lose under $5 but the time and frustration of returning a $570+ defective computer will remain in my memory when ordering a different laptop.

This laptop has a great processor held back by the bare minimum amount of RAM (with no upgradable storage) with a sticky trackpad (and a meh screen, but its acceptable at this price point).

Bought two of these for a business. They feel really solid for the price! Dont plan on using them for more than streaming YouTube and Zoom calls. They will far exceed that necessity.

Works great out of the box. Bright screen,. Fast.

Ran for a few weeks pretty well than blue screen of death on a loop .... never had this issue on a PC in my life ... I hate it .... stay away!!!

Screen pixelated and went bad after a couple of months. No replacement.

Every week there is something new wrong with this machine, drivers disappear, widow’s blocks my access to things. The ability to turn Bluetooth on and off just completely disappeared. I will never buy a machine with windows on it again, run Linux or get a Mac

So, everyone in the house has a laptop except for me. I have one for work, but it is monitored and work is pretty strict, I do nothing personal on that one. Acer is a good brand and I couldn’t believe when this was available for request.

The laptop is pretty tiny, the screen is perfect, the battery is good as well. But it constantly got blue screen and rebooted every day. Amazon cant help me with return it.

I love it. Many cool features such as the fingerprint scanner (which I heard was bad but ir works quite well!) The screen was “too dim” but I found it not as bad as people claimed it to be. One thing I disliked is all the bloat ware but it only took me like 10 minutes of pruning around to delete it all… but it’s with everything now a days lol. Anyways good product that I think will serve me very well for my upcoming college year!
