Either side of the scale is not corresponding to the tape measure. I had to use a ruler to find the measurements in inches. Bizarre.

Nice rod but the bottom section is not part of the measurement system so your transit has to be set higher to allow for the loss of the bottom section. That sucks but I’ll keep it anyway

Wrong units, description says 10ths but marks are inches. Too bad, nice quality, good price, just wrong units. Wish I could get one like this but really in 10ths of foot.
