So wanted to upgrade my rig in order to get back into streaming while gaming.

My main purpose for this was gaming and running high intensive CPU programs. Was a HUGE upgrade from the Intel i5 7600K that I had OCd. I had this paired up with a 1070 for the longest and ran most of my games perfectly fine. The more intensive games got, and then with a 144hz monitor, it may have struggled to stabilize above 100fps on most games, but then enter the 3070 I have had since 2020 and it runs everything you throw at it perfectly. My main game apex, averages 180-240 fps (on my 240hz monitor) and it is a dream.

What can l say AMD has done a great job with their 3rd Gen CPUs. Upgraded from a 1st Gen 1800X and it is a good jump. Using it as a temp CPU until the price and stock of 3950X settles. Great little CPU though!
