> 3 dayGuaranteed BSOD (blue screen of death, catastrophic windows failure) every time trying to load AMD video driver, which is the GPU built-into this CPU and whole point of buying a AMD G CPU. I spent countless hours troubleshooting to find the root cause. Either the Windows Update trying to load the AMD video drivers or ASUS Armory Crate trying to load the video drivers or me manually trying to load the most recent or past 5 versions of the video driver... they all result in the BSOD due to the video driver. I have tried the processor on 3 different motherboards that have the (1x) B550 or (2x) X570 chipset, three different sets of RAM kits (32GB and a 64GB DDR4 3200 kit, 32GB DDR4 3600 kit), two different power supplies (650W, 750W gold 80%) and two different NVMe drives. I did over 25 fresh installs of Windows 10 64-bit using the latest and previous major releases. After some google searches, I found that a bunch of users all have the same issue since processor release until recently. I felt that AMD is not going to fix their drivers for me, as they had multiple changes over the past year... so returning the processor and getting one without the built-in GPU. I am a huge Ryzen fan, and this was a huge disappointment.

> 3 dayI built a mid-grade Ryzen system about 4 years ago using an MSI B350 Tomahawk Artic board and Ryzen 5 1600 and havent looked back since then, machine doing what I needed and purring like a kitten all this time....But when 10 loaded on top of my Win7 Pro automatically, and now Win11 is coming out, I started paying attention again....so ran Microsofts PC Health and was very surprised my newst machine was NOT ready or supported by Win11....no TPM 2.0...AND....my Ryzen 5 1600 was NOT SUPPORTED for some reason (though the Ryzen 1600X IS !?)....
