AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-core, 24-thread unlocked desktop processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler

It felt like a 50% upgrade from my 1700 cpu - It runs hot, around 86C while streaming and playing a game at the same time. I would recommend if you buy this use water cooling or a $100+ cooler if youre going to be gaming / streaming / heavy cpu loads.

This processor is overkill for 99.9% of scenarios... LOL. Massively powerful. Now I see why most gamers are going with the Ryzen 5. If you have the budget, go for it, just make sure you actually have use for it. In my case its 4K video editing. You should probably use some kind of AIO or large, high capacity air cooler. Even though in its idle state, this processor pulls very little power, it does wake up and throttle up to 100% very fast and with that comes its max TDP. It gets toasty real quick... LOL

Yo recomiendo tener un amigo friki informático que te recomiende en cuanto a calidad y precio qué comprar y en qué momento comprar. Una vez comentada esta situación hablaremos del procesador el procesador. Es muy rápido. Es capaz de hacer muchísimas cosas entre ellas mover juegos de última generación. Yo estoy intentando que me ayude también con los deberes y los haga por mí, todavía le cuesta procesar lo que le estoy diciendo. Quedo pendiente de actualizaros y comentaros los resultados.

For the same price as an Intel Core i9 9900K, you can get 4 more cores and 8 more threads. Even though these cores run at a lower clock speed, having more threads to run my virtual machines, games, apps, etc. makes a big difference. I am upgrading from a 7th gen Intel chip and the difference is night and day. I paired this CPU with an Asus TUF Gaming X570 motherboard, G.Skill Trident Neo 32GB memory, an EVGA G3 750W power supply, and an EVGA RTX 2070 XC Black. No issues with compatibility or performance. Highly recommend.

Great CPU, beast at processing workloads like video encoding. I would however suggest if youre going purely for gaming, go for Intel as they still have the edge but they burn like the sun.

AMD did a good job this time. 3900x is a beast. The only thing is that the temperature runs pretty high when it fully loaded. You need a tower case with upper vents. The built in heat sink is okay it will keeps you temperature below 82C if you have a good air flow case. A case like mine which has no upper vent , the CPU may reach up to 93C degree. You probably need a liquid cooler or a premium heat sink.
