Much bigger than I realized but very cute!

This did not come with all the pieces. It was open and missing the numbers and the th, nd. It was also missing the tape. Horrible.

Had a little trouble at first when I ordered this banner. Wrong item was sent but they had ups pick up wrong item and then replaced with correct one. Luckily, it was still in time for the party and the banner looked awesome.
