Now I know why it comes two to a package... This adapter fell apart in less than a month of having it. I was using it without issue until today when the mouse that was attached started not responding. When I checked the adapter, it fell apart in my hand. Not very well made. I have never had problems with Anker products before so in all fairness this might be a one-off problem from its manufacture. It still is frustrating that it just fell apart in less than a month of normal use.

I needed this adapter to connect a speaker to my laptop. It was just the ticket.

I recently decided to switch my TiVo Stream 4k devices from Wi-Fi to Ethernet via the USB-C port on the side of the devices. All initial reviews and articles I could find on doing this recommended going with an adapter similar to this one along with this UGreen Ethernet adapter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B091TL1VQ4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). As a long time user of Anker products, I also looked at a similar USB Ethernet adapter from Anker. Unfortunately none of those appeared to support the TiVo. So I decided to buy some of these USB-A to USB-C adapters, and bingo-boingo these paired with the UGreen adapter above worked like a charm.

I havent been able to make good use of these. One of the adapters wasnt tight enough to stay inserted and I dont trust either of them enough to do something important.

As more devices specify USB-C these adaptors will become more important to future proof your device accessories. I like the indicator light and how it functions.

Excellent Product That Fulfilled The Need I Had!!!

Most of my computer devices and chargers have USB-A connections. Most of my cables also have USB-A connectors. However a few of my newer devices have USB-C connectors. These adapters are handy for using the cables I have when one of the connections is USB-C. I have not tried to use them for long runs, but for charging a short data runs I have had no problems.

Rugged & Reliable.

Nice set of adapters, once you installed you dont need to removed again, just leave it there.

Simple- ultra compact.
