The backpack is good looking but after a month of using (i bought it for my son to take to school) it is falling apart, the shoulder straps just came off completely and its past the 30 day return... i wish i could returned it, seriously disappointed with this item >=(

This is a comfortable backpack, and surprisingly spacious. If it had the holes in the zippers, or was lockable, it would be PERFECT. The only downfall is you can’t lock it. Which is crazy considering it’s meant to hold a laptop, phone, headphones, battery pack. Etc. If it leaves your house it needs to have the ability to lock it. So for me that’s a pretty big con.

Good Quality

My daughter is in highschool, they never have enough time to go to their lockers to get their materials needed for each class. Therefore she keeps her backpack full of her stuff for every class. We finally found a backpack that can hold her chrome book , along with all her books and even her lunch in the bottom cooler part! So much easier for her and comfortable for her back !

This is a great backpack, purchased for school but my son uses it for hiking and camping, very spacious without being bulky, and it is great durability

This backpack is bigger than I expected and holds a lot, which made it very heavy for me. I took it to Europe on a long haul flight and it did not fit “easily” under the seat so I put it in the overhead bin, which defeated the purpose of carrying my “flight essentials” in a backpack.
