Bought for my hubby! He loves the I pad but wishes the plug was the same as the others we have already!

I got this ipad pro for my mom for a gift. it was really a great product from apple. It has all the cool features. also it arrives on time so i can carry with me while travel. I strongly recommend this product to anyone in the field of education, professionals etc.

For a 1200, I expected better. The device itself is stoning and design is great. What lacks attention is software development and compatability with certain apps. Although its not a flagship model it still has the M1 processor and it does not feel like it. APPLE please continue further updates.

I transitioned to this iPad Pro 2021 from a Kindle Fire 10 HD 2017. It’s a major upgrade obviously, but I do think the Kindle Fire is an excellent unit for the price.

Im not sure why, but the battery doesnt seem to last very long at all. If I have to use it, the first thing is usually a charge to get it back to a respectable level. It doesnt seem to go to sleep but constantly drains the battery - between being used and not, its really only 2-3 days between charges. Contrast this with weeks or months with my previous Air.

I bought this iPad a little over a year ago, it has been babied by me and well taken care of. All of a sudden, the screen stopped working. The iPad was useless! Took it to an Apple Store and was made aware the iPad is unfixable and they can replace it for $550 or buy a new one for $800. This is ridiculous!!! You pay SO MUCH MONEY for a crappy device! Being told it’s useless is a punch in the stomach. I have an $800 paperweight sitting on my counter now and can’t afford to fork more money out for a new one. I’m HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH APPLE!!!

This is my third I Apple iPad. This one is the best. Absolutely love it!
