This product is fairly easy to use. I wish it did have a fill to here on the container for the water. It is easy to fill and I use it in my bedroom and I noticed that it has helped me and my doggie. I run it for almost 24 hours each day. I have used distilled water and tap water. I cleaned the inside by spraying with diluted vinegar and using a bottle brush. It is a little difficult the completely clean the inside reservoir, but feel after spraying with diluted vinegar mixture and allowing it to dry before refilling, I am keeping it sanitary. I wish I had ordered another one for my plants at the original price.

I dropped and broke the plastic water tank. I e-mailed customer service and received a replacement tank within one week free of charge! I have purchased 3 units so far this year as they are the best value for the price. The customer service cant be beat.

It’s quiet, so it doesn’t bother me with the noise. It’s great quality, and great to use at night. It came as shown in the photos. Have been using this for a while now. :)

This is my first humidifier purchase and one I made after suffering with pneumonia and bronchitis for almost a month! This humidifier was a game changer for me! My biggest concern before purchasing was the noise level, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is! Its also got a pretty great sized water tank which allowed me to go all night without needing to refill. I will be using this for any future respiratory flare ups and will recommend it for relatives who also suffer with seasonal allergies!

It’s quiet. Works perfect and get me through the night peacefully. Only downfall is not being able to add oils to it.

Bad a cold and bought this so I could breathe better, it got me over my cold in a matter of days

I had a terrible awful coughing cold and needed help to sleep through the night! Bought this and it worked great - blew cold air at me all night long and soothed my sore lungs. The mist felt great and really helped! And it lasted for a long time on the low setting - one tank was great for 1 night and part of the next day!

I like it but wish u didn’t have to flip over the container to fill up with water

Received my humidifier with no issues, used it and immediately saw a difference when sleeping. One day while refilling the water tank I dropped it and it cracked the top of the tank. I for sure thought I would be forced to buy an entirely new product since I didnt see replacement tanks that I could just buy. I emailed customer service, and not only did I receive a response with a new tank immediately being shipped, it was a response from the owner of the company. Its the personal touch on a low level issue that reflects that they actually care about their consumer.
