Honestamente me siento decepcionada estoy empezando a emprender mi propio negocio y al parecer estas tazas mágicas en lo personal a mi no me funcionaron ahora he perdido de entregar mi orden y puesto agua lo suficientemente caliente y no pasa de ese color no se vuelven blancas como la imagen que está acá

u still can see the image through the black and the cup doesnt turn white it turns a greyish brown color very disappointed i cant sell these cup i sublimate on them and they are worth buying again

The coating comes off very easy. I used my finger nail to remove the heat tape(I used a convection oven) and the coating came off. I previously ordered one of these from etsy no glossy look, the coating did not come off.

Handle was too small to really hold the cup, will try and find cups with bigger handle next time.

Excellent. I have asked for these cups several times and only one has come to me broken but one is none. buy them you will love them

Meant to buy the 15 oz mugs with individual boxes. Got there by mistake being in a hurry but they worked well.

Ive had great luck subbing with these mugs. 400 for 3 min in mug press.
